As a founding trustee of Reconnect Foundation, he has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing initiatives that address the needs of underserved communities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

With academic training from Regent College, Canada, Praveen brings a thoughtful and compassionate lens to his work, combining structured research with real-world experience. His long-standing involvement in community outreach programs, including prison rehabilitation efforts and initiatives for vulnerable populations, reflects his commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.

Praveen has also served as a freelancer with organizations like Goodera, iVounteer, Impact Guru Foundation etc.. where he contributed to scaling corporate volunteering programs and strengthening CSR impact for leading businesses. His ability to build strategic partnerships and activate volunteer networks has helped drive meaningful change at both local and organizational levels.

Jacob Raju is a respected educator and social sector advisor with deep roots in community development and nonprofit engagement across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Raised in a children’s home where his parents served, Jacob’s early exposure to grassroots care and institutional service shaped his lifelong passion for social equity and capacity-building.

With academic credentials that include a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from South Asia Bible College and a Master of Theology (MTh) from SAIACS, Jacob brings both analytical depth and contextual understanding to his work. He currently serves as a Professor at Manna Bible College and Guest Faculty at the School of Theology at Hope Unlimited Church, where he equips future leaders in ethics, values, and community leadership.

Beyond academia, Jacob plays a pivotal role at Reconnect Foundation, where he leverages his extensive network of NGOs and charitable organizations to build strong, high-impact collaborations between the development sector and corporate partners. His insights have been instrumental in designing volunteering models, identifying credible grassroots partners, and facilitating CSR initiatives across education, rural outreach, and social inclusion.
